Create "Ready Check" or other type of Poll

Is there a way to create via macro or other trick available to Plus subscription a "Ready Check" / Poll type of pop-up window? The goal is to check who is ready with reading/doing stuffs before we proceed to the next scene, battle and etc. We don't play with video enabled and sometimes players mute and use the chat. There is such module for Fantasy Grounds, which is quite good as I can use it not only for this purpose.

You could easily do this with a couple of macros, one for available to players and one for the DM which could reside in the bottom bar for quick access. Macro 1 (players): Macro 2 (DM, once saved don't open it again otherwise you'll need to reset the html entities that make this work): Then, when the DM uses the readycheck macro it will post a button to chat labelled 'Click me when ready', as each player clicks it the text in the first macro will be sent, once all players are listed as ready... move on :) (if players spam the button it will get annoying, stop that with an iron fist!).
This is golden! Thank you for the quick solution :) I added /desc before the GM macro to isolate the button and the text "Are you ready to continue?" and it looks fantastic! :)
