Discord Name: Cassie#9998 Hill giants are stealing all the grain and livestock they can while stone giants have been scouring settlements that have been around forever. Fire giants are press-ganging the smallfolk into the desert, while frost giant longships have been pillaging along the Sword Coast. Even the elusive cloud giants have been witnessed, their wondrous floating cities appearing above Waterdeep and Baldur’s Gate. Where is the storm giant King Hekaton, who is tasked with keeping order among the giants? The humans, dwarves, elves, and other small folk of the Sword Coast will be crushed underfoot from the onslaught of these giant foes. The only chance at survival is for the small folk to work together to investigate this invasion and harness the power of rune magic, the giants’ weapon against their ancient enemy the dragons. The only way the people of Faerun can restore order is to use the giants’ own power against them. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: - This adventure is not for the faint of heart, nor those who cannot stay in character for extended periods of time. There are a few basic guidelines I'd like you to follow. - Please be respectful towards the game. I'm looking to hold an actual serious campaign, and there's nothing worse than "that guy" who ruins a serious scenario by pissing on something. This campaign is not a 100% serious affair, as it's not a play, and I want everyone to have fun, but there have to be some limits. - If there are any problems with the game, your character, another player, or the group, please be open to talk it out with us rather than rage quit the game. I do take what you say into consideration in how I run my games, so please don't be afraid to approach me. - Get along with other characters - don't be the brooding rogue who is only stuck along because the game master has to have a reason. You're going to make a new character if that's the case. - Show up on time to games and let me know when you can't, or have to leave early. I will let you know in advance if I cannot make a session, and I expect you will do the same. - Stay active (reasonably) on discord. I'm not asking you to do any work here, just check the chat once per day on your phone or leave a message there for any reason. Be ready to have fun! **TL;DR: Use common sense and don't be a terrible human being**//
