Initiative Rolls

I am a Ranger, for this instance. When I roll initiative for my Ranger and for my Companion, they show up different. I've tried looking at the macro code for each one and nothing is different but for some reason, Shadow, my companion, doesn't get his name underneath like my Ranger, Fenrith, does.  Is there any way to fix this?

Which sheet are you using?  Does the macro grab the token's name or the character's name?  Double check both.  Is your companion linked to a sheet as well(token properties|represents character)?
I am using the 5e OGL sheets. Here is the macro @{Shadow|wtype}&{template:simple} {{rname=^{init-u}}} {{mod=@{Shadow|initiative_bonus}}} {{r1=[[@{Shadow|initiative_style}+@{Shadow|initiative_bonus}@{Shadow|pbd_safe}[INIT] &{tracker}]]}} {{normal=1}} @{Shadow|charname_output} Yes, the companion has his own sheet that I roll initiative off of, when his token is selected. What I am trying to do is write a macro where both the Ranger and the Companion roll at the same time, if i have both selected, and put it on the turn tracker.  I'ts honestly for asthetics to see Shadow under his roll like I do with Fenrith.  They both go on the initiative tracker fine

@{Shadow|charname_output} looks like it should post a name, but it would be after the roll template output, not within it like your character's init roll. Can you post your character's macro as well?  For comparison.  I'm not familiar with the OGL's roll template.  But we'll (collectively) get it figured out. ;-)
Unfortunately it is not possible to add multiple tokens to the Turn tracker at once (even if you have multiple tokens selected). For the character name in the roll, you need to update this setting.
