Like the title says, a player of mine can't hear any music at all from the jukebox, he is using a tablet and has purchased the plus membership as well. We also tried him playing music on soundcloud and that works. It also doesnt work on any smartphones, ps4 or the TV. He also cleared his browser cache and it doesnt change anything.
