Making HP Bar Display Automatically

Hey guys! So I'm new to DMing and roll20 in general, and I'm setting everything up for my new campaign. No matter what I do, I have to manually input the values every time I drag the token onto the map (I've already linked the tokens to the character sheet as well)
It's only worked on the first token I did this with, but I'm having this problem with every other token.
Any advice?

Specifically make sure that the token is set up the way you want BEFORE you set it as the default token.
