5e Monster Manual access across multiple games/ groups

A very basic question and i'm not sure if i have just missed this in the product description. Is the monster manual, once purchased from the store, able to be used across multiple games once its in the compendium? Thanks for the help in advance

Yes, you can use the Monster Manual in multiple games. However, you cannot share the MM with other players, even if you are the GM.

Though you can share specific parts of it by dragging a monster into the game and sharing the Character created for it either the just "In Journals" in which case they can read the Bio & Info tab, or "Controlled By" in which case they can do whatever with it.  You can make duplicates of monsters to give players a Familiar or Beast Companion, or give Druids a Beast form.  If you do that, you'll need to drag out the token, set it to represent the copy, then set it as the default token on the copy again.

Also, I do not think it will be available to you if you're just a player in another DM's game.

Actually, it is available to you, provided they permit access to the compendium.
