Drag and Drop not working from Compendium to Character Sheet

Are your sheet's popped out?

You can toggle each sheet manually from the character journal's header as well

Drag/drop will not work properly if they are. ;-(
I made sure that they weren't popped out. It even says accepting drop from compendium, but nothing happens

Are you dropping to a new/blank repeating section?  Which sheet are you using?
5e. Dropping on the spell page. Tried creating a new slot. Cog open/ cog closed. If I create a new character it works. Is there a setting on the sheet I'm not seeing. It's just the basic sheet that comes up when I hit add character.

Hmm. That should work.

To insert a Compendium item into the character sheet, run a search for the Item or Spell you want to add in the Compendium tab. Once found, click and drag on the Compendium item's name so that it creates a little named tile that follows along with your mouse. Drag this over to the character sheet, it doesn't matter where. A text box that reads, "ACCEPTING DROP FROM COMPENDIUM" will appear on your sheet if this is done correctly. Let go of the tile and the entry will be auto-completed with all the data pertaining to the the Compendium entry in the correct location on the sheet. You can see this in action below under Equipment.
What browser are you using?
Chrome, but we have a blend of people that have tried. It's weird that it's only the one player sheet that cant accept the compendium entries.

You might go ahead run through the normal troubleshooting procedures to help the Mods/Devs solve your problem;

Detailed description of the problem
Minimum number of steps to reproduce the problem
Description of setup

Bug Triage Results

Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to
Solving Technical Issues:
Step 1: Make sure to use the right browserPlease check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox.

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs.

Step 3: Clear your cache

If none of the above succeed in resolving the problem, please thoroughly work through

Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

Supplemental Information
Including screenshots by using the "Attach a File" link when submitting a post can provide a great deal of information! The more information you can provide, the better able a fix will be reached.

I cleared cache. We tried both browsers. I disabled extensions. Should I include the full log or is what I copy/pasted enough

You can probably hang tight for now until a Mod/Dev comes by.  It sounds like this is only happening to one charcater correct?  Are you able to create a new character and drag/drop to it?

In the meantime, someone else might suggest something as well.

Hi Scott,

Typically this kind of issue arises if the character string (the identifier for the character in the database) becomes corrupted in some fashion. If you try to create a copy of the character does it still have the same issue? And as per Vince's suggestion- does it still happen if you create a new sheet?
Thank you. Making a copy of the character did in fact work.
