Some things to try; The sheet looks like it's  popped out into it's own window.  Does it look this way if it's not popped out? Try resetting your  browser's zoom level . Try FF or Chrome (I know Opera is based on chrome, but FF and Chrome are the only supported browsers on roll20)

Ok, I'll try all of them. After I tried all of those answers, no one worked, still have the problem, even if isn't popped out.  Without popped out option.      With the popped out option.

I loaded up the sheet and it was jacked up for me as well.  Needs to have some html/css adjustment.  You can try PMing the listed sheet authors aRotondi  and  Falkian .  If you don't get a timely response, let me know and I can probably help.
