GM:
My name is Rodrigo Machado and honestly, I am a
30 year old Brazilian with enough time in my hand, to delve in insane ideas,
where people would usually say: "What could possible go wrong?"
I am a old school player of World of Warcraft, since Vanilla days and played
through most of expansions until finally run into a burn out. I am also a 12
year veteran in playing TTRPG's.
Campaign:
This campaign is going to use FATE Core. I am
not 100% experienced on the system, but have a good number of games GM and
Played on my belt. I search for a balance of 33% Combat, 33% Exploring, 33%
Roleplaying. Is not uncommon in my sessions to sometimes go without a single
combat, if the players are engaged in the world or just clever enough to take
the "third option".
Genre: Medieval Fantasy
Scale: Big Scale
Duration: Long Campaign (Months, maybe a Year)
Premise:
A mysterious creature attacks all but wiped
civilization generations ago, the world claws its way back to normalcy from
beneath ash, ruins, famine, zealots and warlords, all the while the dark forces
that first set the cataclysm in motion stir. In this time, the world of
Thondheim is in darkness...but only from darkness, can light be born. Can that
light appear?
Player:
If you are still reading, then something caught
your eye on this. Maybe is the genre, maybe is the premise or maybe you just
want to have a game with cool people. I am of the philosophy, that if you are
pro-active, if you want to learn, if you are respectful, then you have a space
in my game. As far as what you can create, GO NUTS! As long as you have a good
selection of pictures that you want to see brought to life, DO IT! Of course,
keeping at the limit of the genre. I don't think you going to
be able to create Optimus Prime in a Medieval Fantasy setting.
Session: First session will be 2 of April, Monday, 9:00 PM GMT-3. It will be session 0, will be where everyone will create characters,
establish issues of the game e etc. Communication: Discord, Voice.
