Yeah, that's the one. If I understand it correctly, you could use a video file as "webcam source". Correct. You can also inject a still-picture (Change your Avatar whenever you want), or a Slideshow of pics, and have it show in your Webcam spot in Roll20. You can also do a lot of other nifty things like Flame Effects over your webcam self, or Black-and-White, or AR masks like Snapchat (augmented reality, make your head appear to be a Knight with a Helmet on, which turns when you turn your head/neck). I use CamTwist on Mac. There are several programs that do this.
