Can't Click and Drag using Stylus or touchscreen on Surface Book (I assume this would affect Surface tablets as well)

I just started using this software, and holy crap!!! it has so much done right.  I just ran first session using this software last night but was a bit saddened when I realized that I can't drag tokens around or freedraw with my stylus using my Surface Pen.  Here's what I noticed: Stylus: Trying to draw polygons actually works very well.  the first point where I tap the stylus to the screen gets mapped and I can tap to my hearts desire to create all the oddly shaped polygons and map layouts I want. When trying to utilize freedraw i was not so successfully.  The original point that I tap the screen with the stylus gets mapped but nothing else.  Basically all I can make are a series of dots which isn't very useful.   Trying to drag tokens around with my Stylus met with difficulty as well; I can tap the stylus to select a token but I can't click and drag it.  I found the same issue when trying to use the touch interface. I did some research and it seems that this may have worked in the past but the Microsoft Windows "creators" update may have broken this as it had some "fixes" for how the stylus is read by the operating system.  I'm very hopefully that someone out there or even the developers will be willing to help me get this resolved as I know that I will greatly miss the ability to move around the room, interact directly with my players and control the map as I previously was able to when using OneNote.
If you are using Chrome, you can go to chrome://flags and find the "Direct Manipulation Stylus" flag, and change it to "Disabled". It seems that when Microsoft changed the behavior in the Fall Creators Update, Google followed suit and changed it in Chrome, but unlike Microsoft they let you disable it. Unfortunately, i don't know if there is an equivalent for any other browsers.
Hi Devin, A large contributor to unexpected behavior is how your browser interprets touch events- some events are treated as a mouse click, others might be more related to a finger touch. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to tell. Author X's suggestion might certainly help, but ultimately it comes down to the communication between the browser and your system.
Thanks so much!!  This does exactly what I want :)
