Tokens not showing up to any player.

I have some tokens in a game of mine that I have on the Tokens layer, but none of my players can see them. Any idea how to fix it?

Can player's see any tokens you place on the token layer? Were these images you uploaded to your library? Are they jpg images that with the extension".jp e g"? ie "foo.jpeg" If you have any images that are using jpeg, rename/change them to "jpg". ie "foo.jpg" and re-upload. More info: Images best practice for roll20: File types " Have you deleted any images from your "Recent Uploads" list? Do you see any broken images?
They're all tokens that are from the free assets, and they can't see any tokens that are placed on the token layer. I have deleted things, but they were from an old game and I don't use them. I don't see any broken images.

Is everyone on the same map, the one with the player ribbon?
Yes they are. I asked if they could see anything and even pinged on the map where the token should be, but they didn't show up.

Do they see the map itself? Is the page using Fog of War?
Yes they can see the map, and they can see when I reveal. Yes it is using Fog of War.
Hi Jason, Having a quick look, I have a few suggestions that might help resolve the issue: -Make sure that tokens and character sheets are properly assigned and permissions granted (For more info: https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Features#Player_Perm... ) -I would recommend running AFoW in tandem with Dynamic Lighting, however, you will need to make sure that the token the player controls has the "Has Sight" option enabled, otherwise they will not be able to see themselves through the Fog.
