Yes I saw her, this Eypha the Imperceptible . She took the cloak I intended to gift Faelon. By the Summer Queen’s wrath I will pulverise her into the dark scum puddle she is if any harm has come to my friends because of her, most of all; Faelon. He acknowledged me as “his apprentice” before I left to lure the Hydra away. Does this mean he regards me almost as fondly as he does his casks of tej? In retrospect, I think I might have some idea what Rhythm meant when she said “get a room” to Faelon and I. It may have been a remark reserved for romantic couples, or perhaps she was encouraging us to seek cover because I was injured at the time. I am pretty certain that Faelon does not view me in any sort of romantic fashion; at least he certainly doesn’t act like it. I don’t believe he’s ever even complimented me; Save for regarding me as an apprentice which I suppose is a compliment in and of itself for him. I believe her comment must have been the latter. Perhaps I’ll ask Faelon about Rhythm’s remark and glean his opinion on the matter. … I wonder how Borgen fares? I am certain Velverin is relieved to have one less “fey” lingering around him.
