im currently looking at repeating spell and i have come up with |repeating_spell-1_$0_spellprepared but that only tell me if it is preped or not and if im reading the OGL_NPC_Attributes page right it suppose to be a toggle? or is there something after the Prepared that can make it toggle?

Are you trying to toggle it via a macro (from chat)? This is only possible via an api script (Pro perk).

You need to click on the cog wheel on the right-most side of the spell and then click the PREP checkbox to toggle this value.
