Blank Character Sheets Causing Problems

Hello everyone, I have a separate 5e OGL game I keep for myself to do testing and character building that is populating phantom character sheets with no names that cannot be deleted. While a minor nuisance at first, I am now finding that I cannot add any Character Sheets from my testing game into the Vault to move over to real games. The game in question is called "Testing Grounds" and is a D&D 5E OGL Sheet game. There are five phantom sheets, all nameless with no image or any stats. I have deleted everything in the entire game except for the characters I need to move through the Vault and the phantom sheets. I typically use Chrome, but I have tried deleting the sheets and also tried importing my real character sheets on both Chrome and Firefox to no avail. I am using the newest versions of Chrome [Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)] and Firefox [59.0.2 (64-bit)], with all extensions disabled and with my cache cleared. In addition, when I go to the External Journal of my Testing Grounds game, an error appears that reads: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/journal/2808010 IndexError: string not matched I have a game tomorrow night (7 PM CST) that I was really hoping to have these characters imported by, as they are all my players that I converted over to the OGL sheet. Would anyone have a chance to take a look at this for me? Thank you in advance for your help!
Bumping for visibility, since this will prevent my group from playing in 2 1/2 hours... Thank you!
Decided to repost the data in my original post to follow the bug report format to help the team out in any way I can. Detailed description of the problem I have a separate 5e OGL game I keep for myself to do testing and character building that is populating phantom character sheets with no names that cannot be deleted. Minimum number of steps to reproduce the problem 1. Log into game "Testing Grounds" Game ID 2808010 2. Find five blank character sheets at the bottom of the Journal 3. Delete all five sheets. 4. Exit and re-enter game 5. All five sheets still in the game. 6. Go to Tools > Character Vault 7. Click "Import Existing Character" 8. Choose "Testing Grounds" 9. See "Loading" screen that does not go away, not allowing any character sheets I've made for my other games to be imported, preventing me from playing any of my other games without re-creating those sheets/macros/token actions in another game. Description of setup Chrome [Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)] and Firefox [59.0.2 (64-bit)] All Browser Add-Ons/Extensions Disabled Windows 10 64 Bit Bug Triage Results Step 3: Clear your cache - Cache was cleared on both FIrefox and Chrome, issue still exists If none of the above succeed in resolving the problem, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Console Log: [Violation] Added non-passive event listener to a scroll-blocking 'mousewheel' event. Consider marking event handler as 'passive' to make the page more responsive. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/574554379596... Supplemental Information In addition, when I go to the External Journal of my Testing Grounds game, an error appears that reads: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/journal/2808010 IndexError: string not matched I hope this helps!

No solution, but I am having the same problem. Hope to get it resolved. https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/journal/3203607 IndexError: string not matched Worth noting that if you copy a campaign with this error, it persists in the newly-created campaign, as well.
I have had it in one of my games as well. the Devs need to get in and delete those blank characters to fix it. I am not sure what causes it in the first place though.
The Devs are on retreat this week (http://blog.roll20.net/post/172660031025/limited-retreat-support), so this might delay response.

Hi Fast Jimmy, I have submitted this as a ticket so I can bring it up to the rest of the team when they get back :) Sorry about the delay!

I've taken manual steps for some of my games, but it would certainly be nice to get it resolved for the other character sheets I have here that I need to export out. Much appreciated!

Hi Fast Jimmy, I've removed these extra sheets manually from the backend. I also repaired what seemed to have been a lost relation to the 'Bio and Info' for one of the characters (the good Mr. Ironhand). If you have further problems, feel free to let me know. Hi Zaph, I went ahead and manually removed data from that game which was causing this issue. Please let me know if the problem persists--there is an api script you have that has added some data that MIGHT cause other problems, but I am unsure; if so I can help you migrate or deal with that as needed. Quick EDIT: I also repaired your Storm King's Thunder campaign, which was exhibiting similar issues. Jeff
