Issue with listing

I'm personally having some difficulty with the fact that I need to schedule a game before it shows up as a public listing.  I would really like to find players that are interested in a game and then make a schedule that everyone can attend.  I try to explain in the description that the date that I am forced to put up is only a placeholder so that I can list the game, but most people don't get that far.  I'm sure that there are really good reasons for things being the way they are now but this is turning out really awkward for me.  Thanks for your consideration.

As a workaround in the meantime, instead of using the LFG lister, simply post the information to the LFG forum and see about recruiting a group that way?
