Can't place new tokens in my session.

As the title say, it's been 3 days that i cannot put any new token in my own session. The weird thing  is that if i re-join as a player, everything works fine. As i clarification, i can actually put tokens & maps from the art library page, but not from the journal page. I've tried to reload the sesison multiple times, switching maps, ecc but nothing works.

How very odd... make sure you are trying to drag the journals from the name rather than the 'hamburger' (3 lines for moving entries around the folder structure). Failing that lets have some diagnostics to ensure nothing is interfering with the process (step 4 is most important for the truly technical issues and is of most value being captured after the desired event has been tried and failed): Carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you
Thanks for the answer. Dunno how, but i menaged to fix it just by opening the Console Log , it  seems working fine now.

All's well that ends well :) Thanks for the update, feel free to create a new thread if the issue happens again.
