For those with tablets who are having an issue with not being able to draw, only able to make dots (click) and drag the browser (left-right) simulating the Back and Forward buttons on the browser, I've discovered what is causing this in Chrome and how to make it stop. To confirm this is your issue, with your stylus and on the map, click and drag to the Right and Left, if the screen slides, so you can see the previous page you were on, this is likely your issue. To Solve: 1) In Chromes Address Bar, type chrome://flags 2) Scroll down, looking for an entry called Direct Manipulation Stylus 3) In the pulldown menu to the right of that entry, select Disabled 4) A button should appear Re-Launch Browser. Click that. 5) FIXED!
