Heart characters not working in whisper?

I tried whispering one of my fellow players a heart (since his lovely cat decided to say hello during our session). I used the characters '<' and '3' in succession, of course without the citations. Nothing showed up. This was in a game room chat (screen shot below). Not a big deal, just wanted to point it out. Best case: heart symbol. Acceptable case: not disregarded. It could have something to do with my local setup, of course. I am using Chrome <65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)> on a windows 10 laptop. I tried a fast search among your "issues" but could not find anything related to "hearts." If you are aware of this, please let me know and I will delete this. I am a developer myself, I' just raising this issue since I know the most elusive shite can be more than elusive... http://prntscr.com/j3wtu3 Translation (this is Swedish): (From Professor Fukmor): Indeed (To Professor Fukmor): Hello Balder :D (To Professor Fukmor): (To Professor Fukmor): Hmm tried to send a hear but it didn't work? ;S ( (From Professor Fukmor): crappy support. we should send a bug reoport. ;) I tried to write '<3' after both "Hello Balder :D", and on the blank line, since I intended that to be a rectification. (I.e. <3 *)

I don't think this is a bug. '<' is the less than or equal to dice command, so chat probably thought it was a roll. https://wiki.roll20.net/Dice_Reference#Target_Numb... Maybe use ♥ (ALT+3 , all 3 keys) next time. ;-)
