Fort Brodie. It was entirely plausible that you had seen the name on the Travel plan. There really was nothing suggesting that you had not seen the name when browsing through the stops before your destination. But honestly, who would really bother with learning the name of some small town the bus was just going to pass through in either case? The trip through the Canadian forests had been long and slow, sleep's relentless claws had claimed you early the night before; and now you were here, Fort Brodie with nothing to show for it but a crick in your neck and a filled bladder. It was a normal looking town, if such a thing was even possible, dull gray streets under a dusting of fresh snow, houses that were built when concepts such as "environment" and "fashion" where vague notions at best. The other passengers all seemed equally unimpressed by the town, indeed had it not been for that small detail you'd never bothered to look up the name stenciled above the platform at all. Well, two details really. The bus was not moving. And all the people where gone Hello!
