Anthromorphic Angler Fish?

Hey there everyone, New to using the forums here but I was wondering if anyone would know how to do a fair Anthromorphic Angler Fish in DnD 3.5. I've played some DnD and a lot of WoW and I always wanted to try out a little bugger but I was aiming for a deep see one similar to the Coldlight Murloc/Mur'gul <a href="http://hydra-media.cursecdn.com/hearthstone.gamepe" rel="nofollow">http://hydra-media.cursecdn.com/hearthstone.gamepe</a>... I see a decent bite attack and average claw attacks Probably similar to how the Kua Toa are with general build I guess. Any help would be amazing thank you :)
