Game Stuck Loading Infinitely, and copying does nothing

So my group and I were playing this evening and halfway through the game we received a "connection to server was interrupted"  message via roll 20 and we never reconnected, we were stuck at a perpetual loading screen and none of our assets (characters Npc's, notes) etc reloaded and when i made a copy of the game it worked fine however it contained absolutely no character sheets or any of my Npcs. Anyone have a fix for this because i really don't want to delete 76 hours of work :(   Also i'm running chrome

The reason that some games are not loading is because a couple shards have gone down (please see <a href="http://status.roll20.net/" rel="nofollow">http://status.roll20.net/</a> ). Firebase is currently working on a fix right now: <a href="https://status.firebase.google.com/incident/Realtime%20Database/18025" rel="nofollow">https://status.firebase.google.com/incident/Realtime%20Database/18025</a>.
