Can't load your game? Please check here FIRST!

The reason that some games are not loading is because a couple shards have gone down (please see <a href="http://status.roll20.net/" rel="nofollow">http://status.roll20.net/</a> ). Firebase is currently working on a fix right now: <a href="https://status.firebase.google.com/incident/Realtime%20Database/18025" rel="nofollow">https://status.firebase.google.com/incident/Realtime%20Database/18025</a>.&nbsp; Keep an eye on that URL as we're doing the same thing :)

Firebase has fixed their issue and (as of the time when I post this) all our shards are up and running.&nbsp; If you still have an issue with your game not loading, please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 and post the results in a new thread here in Bug Reports & Technical Issues. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
