The Timezone You Have Me Listing My Games As Is Wrong

I don't know how you're determining peoples timezones, probably geolocating by IP address, but my timezone is incorrect. When I specify a time to run a game it sets the timezone to ADT when my timezone is actually AST. There's an hour different. I can't seem to find that option in the Chrome settings regular or advanced. Where does one set it in Chrome? Or does Chrome go by OS clock?
