In the current The End of the World character sheet, if you populate the 2nd or 3rd trauma fields for Social the value gets copied into the corresponding field in Mental. The inverse is true too, Mental is copied to Social.

I would try PM'ing the sheet's author  Steve Day .  Post back if you don't get a response and I'm sure someone will offer some help to fix the sheet if needed.
