Player cannot see all tokens

I have just started a new game and there are six tokens on the map. No backgrounds have been used, and nothing has been hidden from the players. One of my players can't see three of the tokens, including the one he is supposed to be able to control. The strange thing is, he could see all of the tokens just fine yesterday, and nothing has changed. All of the tokens and images were made and uploaded at the same time and in the same way. I can see them all fine on my own screen. I haven't been able to check with the other players to see if they are having the same problem yet. We have tried clearing his cache and he has no add-ons running. The player will post his console log in a moment.

Judgewyrm, did you follow the other steps on this page?

Also, would it be possible for the other players to clear their browser caches? It's possible that the image was deleted or otherwise unavailable and the other's who can view it are simply seeing a cached image.

Please send me a join link to your campaign. I can check real quick if it is a problem with the image.

No, I only see three tokens. My guess is that those of you who see six are using cached versions. I will bump this to the Devs to see if there is anything they can do but if it is a source image problem there may not be.
