Letters to the Afterlife – Perception gone wrong

Taudl lotha dalninil, Thank Lady Silverhair that you didn’t kill Faelon. I am also glad that I didn’t have to impersonate your teacher from the Feywilds. That would have gone so wrong; you might have killed me instead of Faelon. Anyways we finally made some progress. With your quest for the Ring of Winter as well as the Death Curse itself. Also we had some kind of bonding moment, they call it. So far I thought I am the most damaged one. But Faelon is not far behind in that regard. He might even surpass me sooner than later. Also I thought the three of us where odd. Yet, there is always someone who is even odder. We finally found Artus Cimber and his Saurian friend Dragonbait. Especially this Saurian guy is strange. He’s sniffing around everyone to see if they’re trustworthy or something. By the way, Faelon lost in this regard. Serves him right! Although it confuses me that just another person seems to think I am trustworthy or nice or whatever. Something is truly not normal is this jungle. Anyhow at least I think that Dragonbait’s sniffing and his assessment of the two of us, Faelon was still hiding at that point, helped us not getting into a fight with Artus. He believed that your intentions destroying the ring are true and is willing to give it up for our help in his search of his wife. And even better, I was right! He didn’t have a daughter. Next time you should listen to me right from the beginning, little sister. Don’t worry; I am not going to rub it in your face a lot, just from time to time. Yet, it took us some time to convince Artus to follow us to Camp Vengeance, but he came with us in the end. And I realised that everything I had hoped Camp Vengeance to be, it was not. Camp Righteous in the end was a cooler place than its sibling. A lot of Paladins are running around here and not the kind I like, foremost their commander. So, what is it with you and the elves we meet? Yes, that commander has some charisma, I grant him that. This is no reason, however, to act so love struck. Remember how it turned out with Faelon? Yes, you weren’t that taken by him, but there were signs. Dammit you couldn't even form a single sentence. Me, your faithful squire (I will never hear the end of that, I am sure) , had to save Faelon from the commander's blade. As our fearless leader in this case, that should be your job. Well, after making him our court jester, I am pretty sure he hates me even more than before. In the end it becomes quite clear for me now. In an insane world the insane are the sanest people. I guess that is why everyone trusts me in a weird way. Yours sanest Velverin
This is both amazingly puzzling (in character of course with the Drev'nae-sister cross-over) and hilarious. Hahaha I think this might be one of your best ones yet! <3
Bravo Velverin. Bravo!
Loved it, nice one Velverin!
