I will be producing a newspaper for the game. I expect to have (at least) one ready per game session. I use them as a means of introducing the roll of distant thunder and give the players a feel of what is going on in the world. While these should reflect the actions of the characters sometime I lose focus and just use the papers to establish background and maybe a place for the characters to explore the world and start fighting bad guys. The papers will be distributed as Handouts within the game but this is the 'first issue'. The Daily Bugle

Run?
Who is He
Running From?
(New York, New York
City)

of Hunts Point, that and the crackle of laser beams being fired. The villain
Lazer was flying through the area firing blindly behind him as the hurtled down
blind alleys and narrow streets. He blasted out over the ocean and disappeared
in the concealing darkness of night.
[Lazer has a contract out on his life which for some reason Sly and Pierre of the Nocturnals
decided to try for. Lazer was running for his life trying to escape these
inhuman creatures.]
