Hello :) Im looking To get into an only war RPG group . I currently Work 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off, so should have plenty of time to play if need be. My time zone i (GMT+1) Any group want an extra member? I am sort of new to the hole scene. Many thanks :D Classes For characters ( And that are as in the only war Rule book) Medic Sergeant Commissar Sanctioned Psyker Heavy Gunner Operator Weapon specialist Ministrorum Priest Ogryn Ratling Storm Trooper Tech Priest Medic and commissar Are gone as they have already been picked, as a squad is of 10 Soldiers normally, do not want to have to many of each class.

I would be up for this game wholeheartedly, provided I need not GM, and that it will not just fizzle after one session.

I'd be interested as long as we could get someone to DM cause I have no clue how to DM. GMT time zone but can only do weekends preferably Sundays but other days a suit.

I'd also be up for joining a group, have the rules and read through them but only played a couple sessions before it disbanded, If you manage to create or find a group i'd be up for it if you'd take me!

I have a Halo: ODST game on wednesdays MST time that runs off similar rules if interested :)

Dont trust that Teo guy. Hes an asshole. Decided that he'd written up the entire OW regiment himself, and i couldnt make any suggestions or changes even though they were only one session in. And heres the punch line; He hadnt even finished making the regiment and there were several missing pieces. Ended up getting kicked after being told to "just drop it" by Teo and backchatting. Seems like hes the GMs pet or something. Im not gonna get drawn out into a bitching match with you now. But your an asshole Teo. And your on my list.

Okay, well we will use a reg from the books, I think. I dnt really wana dm, as I have never played the game, but I will take charge of the group .

Oh dear, may I suggest you take a deep breath? I have no affiliation with Teo or his group, but both the tone of your rant and some of its contents suggest you were at least a little bit part of the problem and refuse to acknowledge that. I'm not claiming that's the way it is, just that that's the way you make it seem to me. If you don't see eye to eye with a group, leave them to their devices and move on. Someone else may see things differently. PS: Threatening someone on the internet is usually the best way to undermine your argument against them, too. The same goes for saying "I'm not going to do X." after doing X.

LOL sorry Callum Tempers name is a little to accurate. he's mad because a game i'm where we already started and agreed on a Regiment. He joined then automatically assumed we'd change the Regiment because he said so. After he started getting rude the DM kicked him for his attitude.

What type of guardsmen peter? Just a standard guardsmen ? and what Reg you voting for?

Weapon Specialist, which is the typical Guardsman, every group needs one. As for Regiment:I'm thinking Cadian

Not wanting to Pick a Reg or Class yet? :)

My vote would probably be for Cadian although i do have a soft spot for Valhallans, as for class Medic suits me fine. For times weekends are good and any weekday 5pm+ other than Tuesday is fine for me.

I would like death korps but I don't have a problem with any reg. cadians or something similar would be safe I suppose :-P

isnt the ratling a class in its self ? if so i dont rally mind hat class as long as im not a sarg

Ratling is a class, it's a support sniper class.

Ratlings are also cooks and cleaners in the lore , so I guess you will be doing all our washing and cooking! Talking to some one off Reddit about Dm/Gming for us.

yeah, that's the gist of it, once we get a GM, we'll be able to play, as long as we still got the players.

The guy from Reddit pulled out, and well others have simply stated "why do you not GM your self!" kinda hard when you have never played the game before. I will see if i can search on beasts of war and fantasy flight forum.s

If you want I will GM but I've only played one game of dark heresy plus it wasn't even with a fully group ( 2 players plus GM ) so I'm not prime material but if need be I'd try my best if you can't find anyone. Also I'll help in the search if you want after all 2 heads r better than 1.
