Community Forums: I can see my map but my players cannot

i have multiple maps loaded on the site and i can see them but none of my players can he have all reloaded and i have checked that is is on the correct layer i have even deleted the map and remade it but none of them could see it.what is happening?

What do the players see? Just black? Do they see their token? Is the Player Ribbon on the page with your map? Are you using Fog of War? Have you cleared the fog?

the players see just a blank background they tried to drag in there tokens and those wont show when they do it but when i drag them in it shows them. the player ribbon is there on the map. i have used fog of war and took it off but nothing makes it show up

I'm curious to see what the results of this problem are. My friends and I are having similar issues where our DM can see the map but the only thing that ever shows up on our end is just a small brown square and we can't seem to figure out where the problem lies.
