pregenerated character sheets for Lost Mine of Phandelver don't seem to work.

I bought this adventure because I thought it would be easy for old friends who haven't played in awhile to get back into RPGs, especially with pregenerated character sheets.  I can't seem to get them to work, however.  I can "show them to players" but this only shows them the bio, not the character sheet itself.  I can make a new sheet for a player and use one of the pregen tokens along with it, but the sheet is blank and there doesn't seem to be a way to change this.  I have a basic account for now.  Do I have to pay for an upgraded account _AND_ the adventure in order to have pregenerated character sheets for my players?  If not, am I missing something?  Thanks.

You could also duplicate the character before doing this, in case you wanted to keep the pre-gen intact for some reason.

Thank you both for the feedback.&nbsp; When I have tried this (and I tried it again after reading the wiki in case I missed anything), I found that the only thing that shows up is the bio and info.&nbsp; The player can't see the character sheet.&nbsp; I can create a handout of a blank character sheet for the players and even attach the icon to it, but for some reason the pregenerated character sheets are not showing up when I share them.&nbsp; I'm not sure what I need to do differently.

Can you post a screenshot of one of the pregen character's Edit window? Also, a&nbsp;Handout is not the same as a Character. Only Characters can have character sheets.

When I went to do the screenshot, the "can be edited and controlled by" portion was blank.&nbsp; Possible that it didn't save when I tried this before.&nbsp; It seems to be working for my "dummy PC" account (which I'd posted from before).&nbsp; I currently have a message to one of the players on whether the copy I sent for their journal is working.&nbsp; Thanks again for all the help, hopefully this works.
