Pathfinder round newb question no : 10

Greeting, again 3 more questions in mind ... 1) When ranger reach level 4, they can have a companion, to make it simple, how much hit dice does it have. 1 or 4? (I will know the rest) 2) Can a level 3 sorcerer cast fireball using a scroll by only making a really easy caster level check? 3) I saw a monk using something like this, and I can't remember where it is : When someone was making a power attack against him, he used an ability that made him take a immediate action to trip the person. Where can I find that! I need it badly lol ... Or was I dreaming?

1) Neither, 2HD as per a first level druid. Source: CRB p52 and CRB p66 2) yes, the caster level check would be 1d20+3 with the DC being 1+5 = 6 (assuming a minimum level fireball scroll). The sorcerer has a 10% chance of failure. Source: CRB p490 3) The Flowing Monk archetype ability Redirection can do this. Source: Ultimate Combat p58

My computer cannot handle World of Warplanes. It barely handles World of Tanks. :)

On World of Tanks my settings are at minimum. On World of Warplanes my computer cannot handle minimum. Not a big deal, I tried planes on another computer and I prefer tanks. :)
