Tell me whatya think, also it might be hard to notice or something but, he is massively handicapped, he can only deal 3 dmg voluntarily and potential kill his teammates on accident, and yes his class is ship, as you noticed I play wierdly modified characters, ask me anything about it

This whole thing is just weird, and so unlike anything remotely fitting for D&D5e I don't know what to say. Why? Are you expecting to play with this concept?  That being said, this isn't the forum for critiquing character concepts, there are better forums for this kind of things.
