Transfer Character Sheet To NPC Sheet

Hi everyone, Very new to D&D, only played a couple of campaigns. I'm currently toying with running my own. I picked up Princes of the Apocalypse to use. My past campaigns the DM usually keeps enemy combat rolls on his end but whenever I roll with the character sheets provided, it's all public rolls. I tried to switch to NPC sheet but then it doesn't carry across any of the numbers. Is there any way to change this without manually having to edit all of the numbers? Also, when looking at the character sheets of all the enemies, none of them have spells or attacks in place. A description is offered. Happy to put these in manually but that's probably a couple days work alone. Are there character sheets specifically made for this campaign or is manual the only way to go? Thanks!

Assuming this is the 5e OGL sheet, check the settings page and look for "Whisper rolls to GM" set as desired. As far as spells, I think you have to drag/drop spells from the compendium.  Maybe someone else can add to this...?
Thanks for the advice Vince! I switched to the 5e OGL Sheet and that seemed to work. I'm in a bit of a pickle. I'm playing with the same group in all the campaigns but they have always used the 5e (Community) character sheet. However, that doesn't transfer the abilities and attacks of the monsters and characters provided in the Apocalypse campaign. The 5e OGL sheet automatically imports all the spells and attacks of the monsters, and allows me to hide the rolls, but it's not as good as the community version for the players. Is there not a way to bridge this gap? Apologies for all the questions. Until adding the module, I wasn't even aware there were other character sheets available.

I wouldn't recommend switching sheet's mid-game.  There can be issues(incompatibilities) with existing attributes.  AFAIK, the official wotc/roll20 content is written specifically to work with the OGL sheet, although the Shaped sheet may also work with some or all (not sure) of wotc's material as well.  Sadly, I don't think the 5e community sheet is compatible with the official content as you've noticed.  I would suggest making a new game using the OGL sheet and maybe even make another to test the Shaped sheet.  See which one you like best and convince your player's to adapt to a new sheet. ;-) Maybe someone can comment on Shape's handling of official content..?

I tried scrolls & shaped, it doesn't import the monsters and abilities. I will try and work with OGL but not sure the players are going to like it :D Compared to the Community sheet, it seems very lackluster in some places. Thanks again for all the help Vince. It's much appreciated.

You can always make requests of the sheet authors, even the Official ones.  If you find a sheet is missing something, it doesn't hurt to ask.  It's little more difficult to get the Official sheet's changed once they have been established, but you may be surprised. Good luck.
