LFG - WOD Hunter the Reckoning or Dungeons and Dragons 5E

Hi there everyone, I'm looking to either join an existing group, or to DM a game myself.  As a DM, I like to focus on Role Play more so then I do on strictly combat and constant adventure. I enjoy getting to delve into immersive role play when I can. I also want to stress if I'm running a game, that I prefer to have it being a cooperative game between players. In game drama is expected, but I don't want to deal with a lot of terrible out of game drama if I don't have to. Timezone: Eastern Time. Availability: Sunday's (Either afternoon or Evening typically) Monday (Evening), or Thursday (Evening) Means of play: Unless people are local to me, I'm used to using Roll20, Google Hangouts, and have recently gotten Discord (though I haven't used that yet. System: This will depend on if people are interested in a Hunter the Reckoning game, or if they're interested in a 5E game. In both instances it would be a Homebrew setting. Hunter would be set in modern days, while 5E would be set in a fantasy world. Experience needed: All players welcome. Whether you're completely new to the system, or you're an experienced player.  If this sounds interesting, please let me know.
I only know 5E a bit, mostly familiar with pathfinder ergo no too hard to learn, yet Saturday is a good time in general for me, though GMT. I'm sure something fine could be arranged.
I'd be down for playing in a 5e game on Sundays.  I am flexible in which character I roll up, depending on the party.
I'll be good for sundays as well. eastern time and i'm familiar with 5e mostly.
Seems like there is some interest for a 5E game, that's awesome. Here's a small teaser of what I have in mind so far. As there's interest, I'll start making some more detailed notes. The Blazing Country Rules set: Dungeons and Dragons 5E. For ten years the War of Ascension between the Countries of Dolvin and Carredian raged on. The two large countries were in conflict as to which Noble family would take the leading place of power. Both had child royal blood that they believed would hold claim to governance. As this war occurred, lands were often left in turmoil, unsure of who country they needed to pay tribute to. The War was creating a large division between the Nobility and the Common folk. In an event often claimed as The Shredding, large patches of land and even the sky itself torn open, blistering with magical energy. Through these magical vortexes, mythical creatures of lore began pouring out. These areas quickly began twisting the landscape into unnatural colours and vegetation. Prince Taman, otherwise known as the Manticore, and Princess Everlynn, known as the Wyvern, called for a truce between their nations. While the Shredding initially started in isolated area within Dolvin and Carredian, other Nations soon saw their lands becoming engulfed. One known truth was that in each of these areas, there was some source of power that could be destroyed, which would bring the land back to normal. With the war of Ascension bringing much hardship, War bands were formed. Large groups of mercenaries and adventurers began getting hired on for dealing with this threat. Being a lucrative opportunity, many began joining these war bands for their own gain. Times have lead to desperation. In this time, alliances seem to be the only way for survival. You find yourself, fir one reason or another, taking to the call for recruitment of a war band. In the neighbouring country of Dargras within the city of Riverwood.
Sounds fun.  Let me know if you get enough interest for a party, and I'll be happy to role up a character!

I interested in the 5e campaign and any of those times are open to me and I am EST. I'll be happy to join if you want me too.
Hi there everyone, I’m just setting up some notes for the game. When I get that done I can PM the join link if that works well?
Sure!
Hi there all, sorry about the delay. I haven't gotten any maps set up currently, but I'll be PMing those interested with the Roll20 Join link. We can chat there about character ideas and questions.
If anyone out there thinks this may be of interest to them, we're hoping to have one or two more people join in. I have a game join link with more world information.
I would be interested, but I'm already hosting a Curse of Strahd campaign on Sundays. Would the group be down for rolling on Monday nights? Or Thursdays?
