[Pathfinder]Updating character HP from the Token does not force re-evaluation

Following Setup: Pathfinder character, whose hitpoints are linked to the green bar of his Token A buff that applies a penalty to attack rolls for low HP Szenario 1: I change the current HP on the character sheet so that I should get a penalty. Expected: The HP on the token change The Buff is re-evaluated and properly applies a penalty Actual Result: The HP on the Token change (ok!) The Buff is re-evaluated and properly applies a penalty (ok!) Conclusion: Works as expected Szenario 2: I change the current HP on the character token so that I should get a (different) penalty Expected: The HP on the char sheet change The Buff is re-evaluated Actual Result: The HP on the char sheet change (ok!) The Buff stays at its old value (wrong!) Conclusion: Updating the HP on the token does not seem to propagate a change event to the char sheet even though the values are properly linked and update correctly. I'm not the GM of that game just someone who wanted to tinker with the char sheet. It seems wrong to me that this doesn't work.
