For the last 20 or so minutes, sandbox will not spin up for me. Status site for shards says there isnt an issue. But I get: Spinning up new sandbox... Restarting sandbox due to script changes... Previous shutdown complete, starting up... Spinning up new sandbox... Trying to spin it up.
