Hi rschweik. There are 2 ways to move forward with this. If or when you are sure of needing a refund on a Marketplace product that is defective or just doesn't work for you, email team@roll20.net with the above details and the team will assist. If you're cool with hanging out here for a little while, the artist-publisher of the Hex Kit might see this thread and be able to address it, repair it, or demonstrate how to make it fit properly. Also other users of the Community may join to share tips/experiences with this art pack. Have you tried switching between the 2 orientations of Hex Grids, in case it fits the other one? Wiki pages to help, https://wiki.roll20.net/Aligning_Maps#Hex_map https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Settings#Page_Size Finally, the publisher-creator of that Hex Kit, has a Publisher Page, on which they have chosen to include their Twitter and Artist Website, so you can try contacting them through those: https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/publisher/14...

Apparently, their hex line of products are designed to be used with their proprietary application ; purchasable for only $15! I did not see this info on their roll20 publisher page. The question that arises is, for me, why are the hex products sold on roll20 if the tiles are not easily dragable onto roll20’s interface, forcing the purchase of their program?

rschweik! Hi! Sorry you're having trouble with this one, and if you want a refund I am sure Dean can help ya out and I won't be offended. That being said, and Hex Kit was actually a Roll20 tile set lonnnggg before it was a desktop application and the desktop application was actually built around the existing tiles, so that Roll20 users could use their purchases with the software if they wanted. But , when the very first Hex Kit tileset was released on Roll20, there were some folks who were having that trouble. Back then there was no really good information on the perfect size for hex assets, and I was told to ask other people who'd made similar things what size they used and everyone had different ideas and the size I went with was the one I was told the most. The large size does require resizing but it also retains fidelity so the maps look good when people are zooming in and out; it's deliberately large. In this thread we talked about when and why the tiles were like that and a few community members offered help in making it easy as possible, including this nifty API script that will automatically resize the tiles as you drop them on your canvas: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2627646/script-s... Hopefully that helps! If not, no hard feelings! EDIT: If you use the auto resize script set it to 103x103 for the Black Spot tiles.
