Upgrade In Progress - Nothing happening

Hey there, I haven't run my campaign (Radag's Exodus) in a month or two, and I'm supposed to run it in about 5 hrs. I logged in and got this loading screen: " Upgrade In Progress We're doing a little spring cleaning to optimize your campaign. Please wait... Please do not press the back button or close this window. " I've got plenty of plugins and add-ons in both Firefox and Chrome, and when neither could get past that screen, I tried Safari. That was a bust too. I disabled everything I could on Firefox, and I couldn't get any further. Safari has no added extensions or plugins. Any idea what I should try next? Thanks!

What is the campaign name? The Devs will need that.
