Error when trying to setup a subscription with Pay Pal

Hi, I'm writing because I can't pay my subscription using paypal. When I click on the pay pal button, I get an error and the ability to submit the error details (plus the error ID). The problem is, apart from the fact that I can't actually pay, that I can't send the error details because I get another unknown error when I try to do so. Any help would be much apriciated, best regards, Michele
