Deleted character sheet

I had a glitch where a character sheet was copied in my character list, but when i went to delete the copy both versions were deleted. is there a way to get that character sheet back? i heard i can rollback the campaign to before it was deleted at 3:40 pm, however i'm not sure how that works. I would appreciate any help as i really don't want to recreate that character sheet. Thanks
