Token movement by players not able to assign.

I purchased Lost Mines of Phandelver and can not assign Tokens to players . I am able to double click to open options on the tokens provided by the games.  The program will not let me assign to players.  Keep in mind I am setup as the GM.  If I log into other games that I created I am able to easily assign tokens to players logged in.  Please help your my only hope.  Thank you for your time.

Use the journal's edit window to assign sheet permissions( <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Journal#Handouts" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Journal#Handouts</a> ), then use the token's settings to assign/link the token to a player's sheet/journal using "Represents Character".&nbsp; Make your changes to the token settings and save.&nbsp; Then back on the journal edit window, make sure your token is selected and set "Use selected token." and save.&nbsp; more info on linking token's:&nbsp; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Linking_Tokens_to_Journals" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Linking_Tokens_to_Journals</a>
