Ammo Tracker

Hello, I would like to see a generic ammo tracker. Something that you could add to character sheets. So if you have 2 quivers with 10 arrows in them, or 10 clips with 20 rounds. It would be great for keeping track of basically anything disposable. [arrows, bullets, potions, and even spell memorizations) It could be used in all genre's. (If you could implement fire modes (Burst fire, and full auto) for subtracting that would be amazing) Case
Love this idea.  As a work-a-round, you could use one of the bubbles.
For the Auto-adjust, that would be kind of neat if there were a macro command that had the ability to make a change to your recorded information. I mean for my Arrows on my Rogue character I currently just have an Attribute labelled Arrows and adjust it when I use them but if there were an ability to use a command that lets you change an @ entered value with your ability command... Maybe =@Arrows-1 or something to change it... And while we're talking of commands, I'd like a command to just math a series of @ Attributes to post the sum... like {SUM:@Dex+@BAB+@Str+10} and just record the end value when the command is used.
Nice Idea. I currently use one of the bubbles over the token to keep track of ammo. I like the linking to an attribute idea too. Maybe just add more bubbles and a command like Tanice mentioned for subtracting ammo within a macro. You could then also have a macro for "@Arrows reload" or @Arrows max" when you get more. +1.
: ) nice!  + 1 from me Yeah, I was thinking about this in another discussion about experience bars I commented on.  In the back of my head, I thought the experience bar idea shared some common things with ammo and that basic piece they share could be used. Since I believe my post could help spark additional ideas based on the logic involved I will reference the discussion I commented on:  Levels, Experience Bar Be warned my first post does not relate to ammo at all, is LONG!, sadly Philosophical, and from my view seemed to lack the focus needed to make my points clear.  Since I was going off topic in this discussion, I made sure I tried to clarify my thoughts if I could and gave the discussion back to the topic at hand presented by the original poster. ENOUGH! of that though considering that is of topic..... sigh to myself I hope a macro command or something else could be made for ammo and other similar things since the logic behind it can help out many different types of systems and some of the pieces of it are already in place like Robert pointed out.  It just would be so cool!
Could not agree more. I was actually trying to do this when I saw this post. Was trying to have my attribute @Arrows, modified through my "shortbow" ability... like @Arrows = @Arrows-1. Then I just used the bubble.
you could put arrows in the mana bar - the only problem is that we currently don't have the ability to use logic or you could macro an arrow loss to every shot made.
