Yo, anyone know how to extract files from zip folders from the marketplace and keep the transparent background? When I excract them normally it fill the background in with white and won't layer on other tiles very well. Thanks!
That isn't a function of it being in a zip file. What set are you trying to extract? Are you converting the files to a different format afterwards?
Ok, I took a look at that set. All but 3 of those images are JPEGs, which don't support transparency. one of the 4 rail corner pieces is transparent, and the rest have a white background. That does seem counter to the artist's intent with them. I think it would make sense to contact the artist and see if they can update it. Otherwise, I can talk you through fixing them in The GIMP or a similar art program.
Hey guys thanks for pointing out that issue. I’m working on a fixing it at the moment and it should be fixed soon. The true intent was for those tiles to be transparent that way they act like railings.
