Movie M4V files

I did a search for this it's possible I may have missed it if I did please remove the post.  I would like the ability to upload m4v files for maps.  I realize this is probably not going to be feasible due to the size of the files. Even if we could they would need to be playable looping in the background, that is another part of the equation.  Though it is a suggestion.  Though I realize it may not be possible at the current time
