I don't have the PDF book(yet), but I have the Rifters the adventure was in. It almost made we want to take a crack at a Splicer game. I felt it was one of the solidly written stories & adventures to come out of the Rifter.

Yeah splicers has lots of potential Though i do see that it can be narrow unless you bring a little stuff from other books and such.
