Cannot move spells in 5e Character Sheet

I'm using the 5e OGL Character sheet and cannot rearrange spells when clicking on the move icon to the left of the spell name. I'm using Chrome Version 67.0.3396.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Be sure that your character sheets are not popped out in their own window. The move feature (and some others) do not work when the sheet is in its own window.

I had the sheet popped out. Moving works just fine when not popped out.
