So I'm having issues with whisper rolls in my game. Sometimes it works, but it's random, and sometimes even when I've changed the setting for an NPC to either whisper a roll or query it only whispers. This is a recent problem and am not sure if it's a bug, but I am sure I'm not doing anything glaringly wrong. Help?
