Cannot move Features & Traits

I unlock the section and then I assume the symbols on the left would mean that I can re-order my abilities and whatnot, but nothing happens. Not sure if this is intentional.

What sheet are you using?  Screen shot maybe? If this is the Pathfinder Community sheet, you can click on the modify button (looks like a hamburger) found after the last repeating row near the right margin.  Then you can delete or rearrange individual rows.  Re-click the hamburger button when your done.

Make sure the sheet is not popped out when you try this. :)
