Allow people to import character keeps revering to no

I keep setting "allow people to import characters" to yes. Saving the settings when i make the table Come game night , people can't import. Even when they match the type of character sheet for the game. No, I am not mistaken. This is real. I will run games on a table, have people import, and then have import shut off.

This may apply; Vault access is dependent on the subscription level of the game's creator as well as the players. https://wiki.roll20.net/My_Vault If you create a game as a free user, only plus/pro users will have full vault access and be able to import into your game. If you are a paid subscriber then any players that have joined your game can import from their vault. Marketplace modules allow full access as well regardless of the creator's subscription. Hope this helps.
What OS/browser and version are you using? Be sure there are no extensions/add-ons in your browser that could interfere.

In order for us to help you with this, please have all affected carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have the GM thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from table loadup and having people import characters until it stops allowingimports!)
